
Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Opalspheree! We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges under the terms outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition of the Item: The item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition. It should also be returned with all original packaging, including tags, dust bags, and boxes, if applicable.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, such as custom or personalized jewelry (unless defective), earrings for hygiene reasons, or any items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@opalspheree.com or call us at (716) 832-1428. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the item you are returning.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved. Please note that returns without an RMA number may be refused.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspecting the Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a different item, we will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@opalspheree.com or call us at (716) 832-1428. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or exchange for the damaged item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time, please first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@opalspheree.com.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed for shipment may be eligible for cancellation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you receive a product that you no longer want, you will need to initiate a return as outlined in this policy.
